With due modesty, we are proud that our passion, vision and farmer’s common sense actions inspire. It is certainly nice that we win an award as a result. For us, everything starts with going for the long term together. After all, good players score a goal, but good teams win prizes.
We have been sparing the environment for years thanks to our innovations. Moreover, we give the land we no longer need to use because of these innovations back to nature. Reason enough for the province of North Brabant to award our company an Agrifoodpluim.
The Koning Willem 1 Prize is the most prestigious award for courageous, resilient and sustainable entrepreneurship. Every two years, this award is presented by Queen Maxima. We were nominated by REWIN and achieved a nomination place among the last 12 companies In the SME category.
Our own technique of propagating raspberry and strawberry plants via trays won us the 2018 Agrarian Entrepreneur of the Year (Agrarisch Ondernemer van het Jaar) award. In the setup, motivated people are the pillar of our business. The business result is a team result where we constantly consider our positive impact on nature.
