High sugar content
Very early autumn raspberry of Marionnet in France. Calliope is an early raspberry variety with a low, very compact crop and strong branching. The fruits have a very good taste with a high sugar content. The fruit size is not enormous, but it is consistent in size. The density should be reduced compared to normal plant densities, a maximum of 1.5 to 2 plants per linear meter. To optimize production, it is recommended to allow as much branching as possible.
